  Poor customer service from someone that can't even speak English and cakes are not what you have ordered. Disappointed and waste of money. Will not be offering my business there ever again.

  I feel sad writing this review because I used to visit this shop often and the staff was great and the cakes were delicious. I hope the owner reads it and sorts her staff out. I visited the shop on a Sunday 4:30pm. It should have been open till 6pm, and the girl working there confirmed it, but at 4:30 they were putting the cakes away, and they explained that they just HAVE TO PUT THEM AWAY???? An hour and a half early??? Don't they get paid hourly for working there?? Needless to say we felt not welcome to be there buying cakes, I think they would have been much happier if we left. So we couldn't even look at the cakes when we were trying to choose. The cake we bought tasted ok, but it was not presented well at all. Such a pity to see a good business going downhill - please fix it or sell it to somebody who will be willing to do it. Meanwhile I will be going to another shop.

  I would never recommend this Cheesecake Shop to anyone, the cake we ordered for my dad's birthday was just hideous, it was a beach themed cake that was supposed to look like a tropical island literally look like they spent 2 mins on the whole thing , very bad presentation, it didn't even taste all that great tbh and the amount we paid which was $140 was not worth it !

  Very disappointed with the cake i ordered.the theme was an islander style.there was one small jandal (thong)and a tiny surfboardon top.blue icing for the water and crumbled biscuits,and for that i paid over $120.00.def wont be going back
