  The place is less than half full with 4 waiters. The beer was luke warm and the tea came in a cup....no hot water ??? What? When we asked for sugar and hot water we got a creamer jug with hot water...really?

  Don't come over around 4pm on Sunday as staff are lazy or lake of observation skill to take orders on time although we had been waiting for almost 20 minutes and signal them many times to do so. The restaurant wasn't flat out or under staffed. We also sat near the entrance so there's no excuse for not seeing. There were 4 waiters/waitresses at the front restaurant at the time. No apologies made when we told them the reason we walked out of the door.

  Service prompt, but beef noodle was slightly off, kitchen refused 2 re-do & gave my off meal back to me. Girlfriends mee goreng was great. But seriously, not re-doing meal?

  What i want to know is who dishes their dinner up doesnt like it so takes it back off everybody scoops it back into the container and drives all the way back to the store....and who would be as angry as i am for such rude disrespectful customer service

  Mains are large portioned and reasonably priced but another 15 minutes and still waiting for the main meal. Waiters are hanging out talking near the bar.

  Hans cafe Rockingham terrible experience... they got order wrong .. non English speaking waitress argued what i ordered.. spring rolls had human hair intertwined inside the filling... my son was violently ill after eating chilli mussels so much so he vomited in their toilet and again at home.. very unwell... staff said basically too bad and made me pay for the mussels.. $173 could have been better spent somewhere that didnt give the family gut ache... worst of all this was a family outing to celebrate my daughter's birthday.... not recommended at all ...

  Wanted a quick bite Sunday nite. That was probably our first mistake.....took over 10 minutes for someone to come to our table to take our order and another 10 minutes to get our drinks--beer and a hot tea.

  I go to hans cafe quite regularly and the quality of food there is quite nice and consistent. I always call up to order pick it up and eat it at home. Last night i went in and recieved $43 worth of food got home dished it up for my family and started eating. It didnt taste right there was no flavour and it was really bland i thought for $43 i expected a bit better. I called them and told them what had happened the lady said she would speak to the kitchen then call me back....she never called back. Today i called back and in a not so nice voice told her that i wasnt happy. She made up all the excuses but i still wanted to know what was going to happen about my unpleasent meal she then told me that because i ate it and didnt return it i must of liked it....i then saw red...in the end she told me she didnt care what i thought and hung up
