  Spotlessly clean rooms however they are sadly dated and in need of an upgrade.

  I come here every fortnight. The service is great here and it's not too expensive.

  Badly needs a bit of renovations and "zooshing up" however the rooms were clean and tidy just in need of some maintenance

  Had the 3 course meal for $15 tonight. Pleasantly surprised. The food was really nice, steak was just right and to top it off all the staff were friendly and helpful.

  The building is certainly showing it's age but there were plenty of people taking advantage of the special. I would certainly go again.

  Very affordable accommodation near to the beach in Rockingham. Great location to stay to check out the local areas. Rooms were neat and tidy with all the expected inclusions
