  We have looked at other caravan brands and have decided to buy a New Avida caravan. We have found that all the write ups in papers and online on the Avida vans are exactly what they are. Good Quality, strong, great warranty, great choice of options and interior designs, Impressed with the large ensuite size at the rear in our layout, very roomy inside and overall a Good quality van being the makers of the Australian Winnebago. Very impressed. Lavinia Kereopa was our salesperson, she is not pushy or over bearing at all, very friendly, extremely helpful and has a smile on her dial all the time. Overall a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Avida caravans as we have seen other ones in the papers and online and I have never come across any comparisons to equal. R & D Chapman, WA

  If you want service, honesty, a great caravan and knowledge you need to see Lavinia. After visiting 7 other caravan branded yards I landed back up at Avida South Perth in Rockingham purely for Lavinia's sales skills, hospitality, knowledge, non pushy sales pitch. The caravans are of a good quality, priced for the quality buyer. The place was a little tricky to find at first as I am not from the area but on my first visit I explained I was basically tyre kicking, that is when the magic happened! Lavinia spent the next hour explaining and showing me her caravans for sale. Even though her mobile phone rang through many times she swiped it across and gave me her full attention. Answered all my questions with honesty and firmly. I ordered me a caravan that day! Just a simple process, not made to be stressful, great communication through emails. It is one thing to find a great quality caravan these days, and Avida ticks the boxes, but to find a dedicated salesperson/ team member that follows through with the whole process from start to end deserves the Thumbs up. Alot of other places will happily take your order, promise you the world and you will never hear from them again, in some cases, not even see your brought caravan. True story! At Avida if dealing with Lavinia you will get the real deal. Very happy with my dealings and I thought to write this review as I have been caravanning for 20+ years, this is my 12th caravan I have purchased throughout WA and my best buying experience so far and from the quality of this van will be my last. Well done Avida South Perth you have a great quality product that only a true caravanner will see and you have secured a true asset salesperson.
