  Took my Sportage to Rockingham Kia for a service recently (December 2016); Service Manager was really helpful and not bad at sales too! I was asked if I'd like my wheels rotated and balanced to which I agreed (for $90 extra) but I noticed soon thereafter that yes, the wheels had been rotated but they hadn't been balanced nor had the air pressures been checked! I hope the service was done properly!

  Just picked up a set of floor mats for my new Sportage from the parts department they where a great help, would highly recommend.

  Service department asked if I had any issues with the car. I said loss of power and steering issues @ 105000Kms. They found carbon build up in throttle body and disk's needed a skim. I wasn't sure about paying extra for the work, but I did car drives like a dream.
