  David and the team at Rockingham Auto Electrics have bent over backwards in the last week or more to help solve some issues with a very temperamental Toyota Land Cruiser of mine. Through no fault of theirs they have fixed this issues and rectified the concerns free of charge where rightfully they could have slugged me for it. Great service that is willing to step past the money and get back to keeping the customer happy Ill be back for a service very soon lads Thank you!!

  Will not be going back to these guys i have had nothing but problems since there serviced my 4wd and now i find out they put the wrong air filter in and the wrong way around so my car has been blowing black smoke.

  I recently had cause to require an autosparky as my off road camper and ute had taken a bit of a battering during my two months in the Kimberley and the latest thing to expire were the trailer brakes. The brakes failed due to shorts in various parts of the system and did so while I was transiting through Perth to the SW. I called ahead to Autoservice and spoke to David Galati their Service Manager. He listened to what I had to say and booked me in straight away on my arrival in Rockingham. David kept me informed regularly throughout the day while his guys were diagnosing and fixing the problems. Gotta say that my first impressions of a first class operation were confirmed when I saw the workshop and was introduced to the technician who would be doing the work - all top shelf. You might find these guys to be a tad more expensive then some other operations but I, for one, would definitely use them again. Top score from my viewpoint on all dimensions: courtesy, clarity of communication, keeping me informed of progress, advising of costs up front and looking after my transport to and from the workshop. Thanks David and Pete for a job well done and I'm now confident that I will make it back to Ulladulla NSW in one piece.
