    Great but 1 person on tills at 9am near Christmas with a huge long queue not good!

    They've split the shoe section,& when you want to sit to try shoes on you have to cross over the pathway to the other shoe section. This is not convenient.

    Extremely rude manager! Wouldn't know the meaning of good customer service

    The shop provides good value for money but I was mostly impressed with the lady at the automatic check outs - a customer forgot her phone at the counter and the young girl asked her colleague to look after the checkouts and she herself ran half the way to the post office to catch up to the customer.

    Set out well. Would work better if they stop moving Dept's around. Best time to visit is after 1800hrs on weekdays, when it's fairly quiet
