  I've just had my first ever podiatry appointment at 'Step Ahead ',Rockingham with Scott. Thankyou for the excellent care and attention, the staff are wonderful. Thankyou to a friend of mine for recommending this brilliant business. After the excellent care I walked as if walking on a cloud.

  As an amateur triathlete I visited Ben Trewben of Stepahead Podiatry as I was experiencing tightness in one of my calf muscles. Rather than just jump straight into it Ben asked about training volume, running volume, types of run sessions and my shoe choice. From there he looked closer at the calf and we decided that dry needling could be beneficial. The results for me proved to be substantial, I am now not experiencing any pain or tightness in the muscle.

  I am about to walk the Camino in Spain and I visited Step Ahead for advice, what i got was above that expectation. They even made me bend over and he put his hands on my lower back and wow I was able to bend down fully. He recommended shoes that have been a dream to walk in when I practice and he has made himself available for a few questions during a phone call followup that I just sprung on him. Since then I have referred him to a few friends and they speak so highly of his work

  Ben took the time to work through the issue with me, I didn't feel pressured to get "in and out" as you do at some clinics. A true professional who is passionate about his work.
