  All I needed was a screw for my macbook and they sell them but I didn't want to pay for for the inspection $$$ for them to book in my laptop just for screws... When I said all I need in screw he said "well go els were" and hung up the phone.

  With customer service that's only matched by Basil Fawlty, Adtech Computers is best avoided like the plague. Took a Toshiba laptop in to have the keyboard replaced. They took my number and assured me they'd ring when the job was done. They didn't. I had to endlessly chase them up and the job took months. Their basic attitude is that the customer is a total pain in the ass. Keep away!
