    Very disapointed after calling numerous times ( trying too find out whats going on) and having a very short too the point lady on the phone who answered with " hello" not hello and bussiness name or professional phone manner told me i had no order with them at all and she would know if there was! After a call back confirming they made mistake ( without those words blaming her daughter inlaw) they said they will quickly put something together, my mums flowers arrived but definately not a flower arangement worth what i payed could of got better from the local and alot cheaper, very dissapointed
