  Love good guys I get all my major appliances from them. Customer service is fabulous and if you return a product a need anything fixing you don't get made to feel the bad guy their service is above and beyond. I've had two products fixed and one return completely hassle free. Sarah in particular is fabulous but all the staff are conscience and helpful in general! They really are the Good guys

  My wife and I went into the store three times this weekend as we were looking at a new laptop. The salesperson Jamie went above and beyond in assisting us with set up etc. we are both not very confident with setups of computers so it was very much appreciated. Jamies friendly easygoing nature was fantastic. Please pass this on to his supervisor.

  In store service second to none, BUT if you have warranty issues be prepared.....you'll wait an hour on hold to talk to someone then they'll conveniently let you know its to late in the eastern states and you can call back tomorrow another hour on hold awaits you with real poor service. the few bucks saved with them is no longer worth it :(

  I have basically bought everything from there for my house, from computers to fridges to washing machines. They are always willing to go that extra mile with anything, nothing is ever to much to ask. Especially Tory, from when he was out the back in the warehouse, to his new role in the shop! Absolutely fantastic!!

  One of the best experience and customer service I received today on the sale of Black Friday especially from their representative named Ergy Candido. Some issues happened during our payment and card. Very well handled by her. Must go and visit !
