  I called again on the 16 Dec and told them I wasn't happy about waiting any longer and wanted my necklace back repaired or not repaired. There response was that the jeweler had partially done the job and if I wanted it back I had to pay the full price of the repair and receive it back in a partially repaired (mutilated) condition.They claim It will be repaired and returned before Xmas,(6 weeks after I gave it to them) excuse me for being skeptical about this. Its very disappointing to put your trust in a company like this and to be treated with such disregard.

  Shocking customer service & poor quality item. Never had any issues with Angus & Coote so I will continue to shop there instead.

  My husband has purchased a lot of expensive pieces for me from Mazzucchellis, he will be going elsewhere in future. The staff at this particular store are very rude and need some training with regard to customer service.

  I would never recommend that you take any jewelery to this store for repairs. I took a diamond necklace (purchased from Mazzucchellis), to be repaired on the 11 Nov .A stone had fallen out and needed to be put back into the setting.(We gave them the stone) and I was called with a quote on the 20th of Nov. I was told it would take 2 weeks. I heard nothing from them and rang on the 9th of Dec, and was told the jeweler was really busy and they tried to phone but got no answer.

  I bought a ring for $450 was discounted from $799, I thought it was 24k but when I get home, I checked it was just 9k and when I went back for refund the next day. They told me if I had any problems just come back then refused to refund and give phone number for customer service but no one answer the phone. I'm really disappointed.

  Don't waste your money !!! Spent over $7000 on a Vera Wang engagement ring. Within 18months the stone had come out. Went back as had taken out cover, was told the cover doesn't cover it as lost stone is general wear and tear - Really $7k with insurance - Stone comes out of setting and not covered !!!! Terrible service.
