    i have had the worst service from this store i put on a layby it was due while i was away on holiday before i left i went into the store and paid a payment checked it would be ok untill i got back the staff member assured me it would be fine without even looking at layby docket so while i was away i got severely ill i am laying in my bed in hotel room just wanting to be home and i get a call from pandora rockingham demanding a payment over the ph i told them i was to sick to talk my daughter contacted them straight away and arranged for it to be picked up nxt wk (i am still sick in bed ) so just had another ph call telling me they wont extend it and it needs to be picked up REALLY PANDORA is this how you give good customer service its not like we havernt been making regular payments im too sick to deal with this now i work in the retail industry and know all the rules and regulations so i am thinking that the manager and staff are not communicating as i have had different stories from each member of staff i know head office can give staff a hard time sometimes but this is unaccepta ble and clearly there needs to be better staff training
