  The Kirby is very easy to use and is the best cleaner I've had! At the time of the purchase I had some concerns about the after sales service, as the person I bought it from was working door-to-door. 2 years down the track I can say that their after sales service has been nothing short of extraordinary. They came to show me how to change the belt after hours and delivered bags to my door the same day I ordered them and always returned my phone calls. Recommended!

  They serviced my Kirby last week - over the holidays. Charges for service were very reasonable. The Service tech even showed me how to shampoo the carpet. I ended up buying spot remover, shampoo and bags from them too. All the products work great. The oxy spot remover came highly recommended and is worth every cent - my rugs are like new.

  Thank you for my new Kirby! I am very happy with the vacuum, it works exactly as described and the floor care shampoo system is much better than the old one. These ppl deserve a 5 star rating! They fixed my 30 year old heritage 4 years ago and it worked without any faults since, I only changed belts. Last year I had an accident and couldn't vacuum any more, so they suggested a half-price upgrade to the new Kirby Avalir. This vacuum just about goes by itself. I find it very easy to get bags and shampoo - I just call and in few days, sometimes even overnight I have them at my doorstep. I am a very happy customer.

  Oh, and they also told gave me tips on how to save shampoo and when to change my belt, and how to make sure my power cord does not break. I should also mention they polished the Kirby too!!

  2 months ago I have ordered a brush for my old machine. Last week tried to fit it. Turned out I bought the wrong one. After a short call to the office they sent a techie who brought the proper brush and serviced the machine as it was making a strange noise. Now its working like new.

  Excellent! Accepted payment on Amex. Kirby works like new after the repair. Fantastic bunch of people - friendly, energetic and always happy to help. Fixed my Kirby within a day and helped me carry it out to the car. Offered a home visit to service it next year.
