  Despite all above negative comments, i do rate it 5 star, went there this morning, got managed to obtain my license without any issue. All staff i met were friendly, patient, well trained in terms of customer service n procedual proceedings. It definitely worth a ride to have your license issues sorted out.

  They don't deserve one star. Unprofessional staff. Don't know how to talk. They are best in one thing which is they know how to delay your work for no reason. Govt should read these reviews and take some action on staff.

  Was a terrible experience , I went there for my hZ test , the officer at number 7counter call Deinal whatever what name , so rude and bad service .really unprofessional , you are human mate , you need to communicate , she was tell me that 2120 for a few times , who knows what fu..k is 2120, you need to say the application fees . Oh my god , why these sort people can work there , no smile and no passion and just stay at home if you don’t want to work . Give the work opportunity to someone who really want to work there . Today is the 9th of November 2017, the officer at counter 7 so rude , I never meet a person who rude like that . Just work professional and communicate more , act like that you are working for community and not for yourself
