    no phone numbers ive searched up online lead to a human, just want my pay to start coming through so i can afford to continue doing what centrelink wants me to do. not sure if other centrelinks are this bad. need to pay my rent and i can barely afford a proper meal a day on my own.

    What a joke!!! All I wanted to do was put in a Medicare claim form!!! I have been waiting for two hours now and still waiting!!! Asked staff for a fax number and was spoken to like the lowest class citizen possible. Can't use the toilet because I am epileptic and the light flickers!!! Worst treatment I've ever had!! Staff really need to learn how to treat others like fair human beings and not rubbish!!!!!

    Absolute garbage, the computer system is inaccurate, the service is so terrible that you have to wait 6 hours before being seen and it's just generally unhelpful and frustrating

    Went to Centrelink office in Rockingham and did not like the way I was attended to as someone who is making a claim for the first time. The lady was unhelpful and practically told me that there was no use in coming in for a claim because I was not eligible for any. But now I'm seeing if I'm eligible for living out of home allowance but it would be nice to speak to a human not a robot OR get in contact with the line I need! Not happy

    Absolutely bullsh*t! Payments cut off just for finishing study! Cant pay rent or food and cant get through. Need to give the option of talking to a person and not a machine!!
