  C) The originally perfectly levelled block was left so full of sand stockpiles that I haven´t been able to access the rear part of the block anymore with my car (so when they say they quote the removal of the sand corresponding to the volume of the pool, that is not true). If you complain they say you need to pay an outrageous extra amount of money just to leave the block as it was originally.

  B) Prior to payment, I requested several times to receive the invoice 2 weeks in advance so I had time to process it with the home loan. Eventually they sent me the invoice 2 days before the pool was scheduled and when I told them it could take 3-4 days for the transfer to be effective they said they would cancel the pool installation and that I would have to pay the delay costs (WHAT A JOKE!!!).

  A big thank you to Peter and his team at Guardian Pools. The Meteor pool with had installed went in without a hitch and now the landscaping is all completed, it looks awesome! Everyone comments on how great it looks. Great job, would highly recommend you guys.

  And last but not least, pay attention to the cost of removing the sand beyond a 10km radius from your site (trucking excess). This one of those things you overlook when doing the contract and later you find out it is a joke when you realise that even finding a tip 5km beyond this distance (pretty near, you would think) is a $1,000 extra cost! Indeed, this was our mistake for not thinking about it at the time of signing the contract.

  Recently we had a pool installed by Guardian Pools (Rockingham) - David and Peter were very professional and we are very happy how everything went from the beginning to the end and would highly recommend Guardian Pools to any of my family and friends. They have a great range of pools also to suit most yards. Thanks guys

  Although they gave the cheapest quotation (INITIALLY) for the same type and size of fibreglass pool when compared to Saphire Pools and Bay Pools, the final cost has been a different story. GUARDIAN POOLS UNDERQUOTES THE SITE-WORKS AS WELL AS THE CRANE SIZE, and you find out when the contract is already signed that the costs is about $3,000-$5,000 more than initially quoted. In my case there was no excuses as the block was perfectly levelled, with no unexpected limestone underground and the site plans provided since the beginning were perfectly clear with all the info required and consistent with the reality.

  I’ve had two pools installed by Guardian (at my last house about 4 years ago and at my new house a couple of months ago). Both times I found them really helpful and up-front about what’s needed. I also like that they didn’t try any high pressure selling to get me to order or to upgrade anything. Both pools were installed on time and there weren't any surprise costs. And the pools both look great!

  A) They lost several times the copies of site plans and council documents I provided.

  E) The installation of the sand filter and the pump has been performed incorrectly and the basket extraction is not only a painful experience, but it requires to bend the pipes in order to make it possible. I complained during the handover in writing, and then twice afterwards and still no response.

  D) The pump connection was very unprofessional and dangerous, they left it hanging under the rain with cables connected on a terminal and simply wrapped with electrical tape. I have complained twice with no response.
