    I have tried to call the Telstra 13 number and they tell me I need to contact the store. I have tried the online chat and they tell me I need to contact the store. I have left 3 messages on the answering machine with my return number asking them to give me a call - and no response.

    It was very frustrating , bad customer service , disgusting attitude , I wonder how she even got the job since she doesn't have the skills to work in that industry . Such an awful experience .

    The worst store I've dealt with ever, they won't answer their phone and they are incompetent. I've waited a month to reconnect a landline and still haven't succeeded. I also asked for help to set up an I phone but they couldn't do it, to hard for their limited experience. If you try to deal with telstra on the phone ( avoiding the shop ) be prepared to talk to a clown in India or the Philippines.

    Why publish your number of this web site at all - I have tried to call 12 times on Friday May 5, 11 times on Monday May 8, 7 times on Tuesday May 9 (including leaving 3 messages with my number requesting a call back), messaged one of the staff members directly (he had provided his number) and have tried to call 3 times again today.

    I've all but given up contact the Telstra now and just as an experiment I called Rockingham Optus and got a real person, local to the store, on the phone first call. Good lesson for you there Telstra.

    So i walk into the store at 2:30pm 6 staff in total on, line up with 3 other customers and 2 already being delt with get told its a 45min wait and we will send you a txt when ready, i come back in 45mins from the txt to be told to sit and wait i have now waited in store for 40mins a total of 85mims still not delt with with 3 staff member in the corner talking to eachother and 3 customer total in store. POOR SERVICE Telstra sort your staff out!!! this is sauturday 7-oct-17

    I went to Telstra shop Rockingham to see if I could get some information on how to unlock my new phone ( phone was from Telstra) I thought it easier to go there and speak to someone , well guess what , I approached this lady and asked her about the info , gee!! while I was talking to here her focus was to the guy behind me , obviously , she probAbly thought she wasn't making any dollar from me apart from wasting her time , anyway, she told me to ring this number , could not be bothered writing it out so I ask to put in paper, I got home and phoned the number , according to her, well , the number was invalid .

    I have been on the phone for 2 and a half hours and just found out that telstra have started a plan without my knowledge and cancelled it 6 days later and expect me to pay $119 for the first month plus the cancellation fee. There was never a number attached to this account either. we have just been told that 2 samsung galaxy s6 were ordered on the account when created although no sent address or tracking signed. I will not be paying for telstra's instore theft.
