  Nearly 3 week on, we called them to find out when we would receive them and she said she hasn't even started doing them. Now we are back to the drawing board and our accounts are, in simple terms, beyond recognition.

  I would be very, very careful if I was anybody thinking about using RSM to handle their accounts, as over the 3 months that we have had them, our productivity has diminished (because we had to do more admin than ever before, and still are) and because they expected to be paid for there time, our expenses have well over doubled.

  In November 2017, after we realised that they had made multiple major changes to invoice matches in QBO, which were causing major discrepancies between our software systems, we arranged a meeting.

  We have just had the worst experience of our lives with RSM in Rockingham. We will be lucky if our business survives the issues that have been created because of them. We were told in August that it would take 1 week for their bookeeper to get our books up to speed so that we can do our end of year financials for end of 2016.

  In that meeting, their bookeeper resigned from our books, in which we agreed would be the best option, seeing that she was incapable of doing her job.
