  Can't say I've ever had bad service here. No issues when I applied for and completed my mortgage. No unexpected fees; a single overdraft fee was my own fault thanks to not paying attention, and it was refunded when I caught my own error immediately and phoned about it.

  Its 2.15pm. I ring up my local branch of Rockingham to be answered by an automated message telling me I've rung outside of business hours. What the hell is happening with all this automated rubbish corporations are dumping on the public. Where is the customer service. I mean you cant even contact through phone anymore?

  These guys are completely inept when it comes to handling people., telling me refunding my overdraw fees was out of "good will", and not something they should have to do.

  At this branch you can get an automated response and a promise to call back in 4 hours. After 50 years with Bank of NSW/Westpac it is time to look for alternatives. Worst part is was only about my own money.

  Non existant customer service on phone had to go into the branch - with little to no staff in their. Went in to discuss about a product serice account that was being closed by head office to a new but same service with now more fees ontop - i cant do that with my clients how can they do that with theirs
