  I recently visited the store and asked for an eyebrow tint and the front of my brows to be brushed up and trimmed. I had a staff member who left discoloured areas in my brows and trimmed the hairs that poorly I now have sparse areas. I would not recommend this particular staff member to anyone. I doubt I will be returning again after being a loyal customer for several years.

  WOW ! Is all I can say. Besides the fact I have had many of my girlfriends, co-workers and even a few retail assistance comment on my eyelash extension I feel fantastic. I got the $80 express lash extensions and I’m loving them. Natural, long lasting and haven’t irritated my eyes once (I have sensitive eyes/skin and normally this happens). I had Ali (Sorry if I spelt your name incorrect babe) do mine and have already rebooked her to do my next set. If you are thinking of having an instant eye lift don’t go past this place. Sending a HUGE thank you to Ali and the entire team you were a gem to deal with. :) Stay cool, JL

  Very disappointed, I got a gift voucher for my birthday and have just realised that you only offer 6 months to use it. I have got a 7 month old baby so haven't had time to use it. I just called to see if you would still honour it as it only expired last month, even offered to spend more than the value of the voucher and you have declined. I have never had any treatments from you guys before and was really looking forward to seeing what your services and products were like as I am a local. I have been put off completely and will be finding somewhere else to go now.

  Please be WARNED, something is very wrong with the products and this business. I came in for the first time a few months ago for an underarm wax, my skin became so irritated and burnt after this procedure it was excruciating. In my forty years never had a skin reaction. They gave me cream in a little tiny plastic bag. Fine, it could happen to anyone, so I thought. I decide I need a spray tan for a wedding. My skin becomes so blotchy and orange, my children stated I looked like an ugly orange.I couldn't wear mu intended dress because it was too embarrassing. I go and complain in person- promise of a call back and refund- doesn't happen, I write a message on Facebook, I am blocked, I send an email- No response, I call up and continually promised that someone will get back to me. This business and its staff are not professional and I question the products they use. A health inspection and the Dept of Consumer Protection will be notified. They are playing with people's health!

  I have recently moved to the area and was recommended I try out Solutions Skin and Body. I booked in for a facial and peel and was extremely happy with the treatment. I have quite bad skin and feel that it has improved dramatically since. I also took home some products by Ultraceuticals that were recommended to me and I am loving them. I nearly gave up trying new things as I have already tried so much in the past but so happy I have this one a go. Thanks ladies :)
