  I wanted a 7 seater and I made it clear that I need to be able to fit 6 passengers in. Salesman showed me the car and demonstrated how to fit 7 persons in, then took me to his desk, recorded my details, gave me a price to buy my old car, got me to sign and gave me a copy of the paper work.

  And the worst thing is, 7 people doesn't fit in the outlander (unless kids) and I can't use the car for the purpose I bought it for!!!

  He then told me that I already bought the car and signed the sales contract!!?? And then came the sales manager, telling me that " it's too late! You've already signed! We can't cancel , you bought a new car & your car is ours, and the deal is off only if your finance does not go through"
