They were suppose to remove both doors after making sure they were aligned with each other and the car body then remove both doors, spray inside and out and finish off as to OEM standard... well who ever sprayed my car did a dam good job except the panel beating was a let down .. they only resprayed the outside and nothing inside of the doors was fixed neither was the alignment of the doors to each other and the body. 3 goes at repairing my brand new Camry Atara SX, all 3 times my car was there they failed to align front and rear doors, side skirt they never sanded flat and finished off properly, i had 4 different paint finishes front front fender (original) front door finish nothing great, rear door looked like it was sprayed with a spray putty gun and buffed and rear quarter panel meh, rear door was new and damaged by them trying to match it to the front door that wasnt repaired right, damage to my interior and spray dust all over the car that will need to be buffed off unless damage done to factory paint then maybe whole car respray, im lucky this is an insurance job, my car has gone to Mandurah Panel and Paint.

After a car park hit and run I was left with a repair bill very close to our excess, so was in a dilemma about whether to claim insurance and risk higher premiums or fork out the cost of repairs. Quotes for private repair ranged from $700-$1800 from around 5 repairers. I explained my situation to Brian and he did the job for $600, saving me $100 off my excess. The repair was excellent as well. Very Happy customer. If I ever need a major repair they will be my first choice.

I have now left Allianz and their preferred repairer Carcraft, I am with RAC and they will not touch Carcraft repairers, in my fifteen years of being a polisher / spraypainter i have never seen such poor repair jobs, simple repair jobs look as though they were done by a preschooler, actually im sure a preschooler could do a better job.

Very happy with the work ! Car delivered as promised on time and with fabulous work. The front and back bumper returned as good as new and it was a mess when I handed it in. Chris was very efficient and his quote too was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
