  Very unhappy with the service today. Came back to big chips on my paint work. On the roof of the the paint has came of in a big area. Inside of the car no clean at all. Would never recommend them. Have used them twice now and not happy both times

  Don't waste your money on a full detail! Ok for just a wash and polish. They do a reasonable job for the price. But this time I wanted to treat my car with a full detail for $299. The only difference I could notice between this and the regular $79 wash and polish was the still wet upholstery, which was done after I told them not to bother with the seats. Also pointed out some specific places that needed some attention, but these were missed and only fixed up after I came to pick up the car. Job should have taken 2-3 hours for a large car according to the signage and the guy I spoke to, but was ready after an hour when I realised I had left something in the car. Not what I paid for, and spent the rest of my afternoon cleaning up polish residue and armorall smears.

  MAJOR RIP OFF. Same as Richard Molloy. I wanted my vehicle cut polished and exterior cleaned. I was told $199, said I'd come back next day as it was 4.40, closing is 5pm. Guy said they'd stay back pick it up at 6pm. There were 5 guys so I thought all were going it as its a pretty big vehicle. Came back at 5.30 only two guys there, they quickly put me in the office where I watched on cameras and for 15 minutes nobody near my car. 5.50pm it was finished! They'd turned out all the lights and its in underground carpark. I tried to check job but couldnt see properly. On getting in daylight its obvious it hasn't been cut and polished all over, heaps of lightweight scratches that should've come out and mags cleaned only on smooth surfaces, all the mag detailing still very dirty. Emailed them twice, no response at all. Partners away and I wouldn't go near them on my own. At best my car got a very poor quality clean at a horrendously expensive price, absolutely dishonest and a rip off. Two blokes can't do a proper professional job in that time. Getting advice from Department of Commerce.

  Went to Malaga store this afternoon. I wouldn’t waste my money ever again on this company! $60 for a half ass job that I could have done myself at a self service car wash. Don’t waste your time! Plenty of other companies that charge the same price/less and do twice the job!
