  I hate the new store layout, obviously because there prices are cheaper there are less staff on the floor, could not find onem ember to help me find something, asked one girl at checkout and she pointed me in the wrong direction, had to go to change rooms and ask staff member to call someone to help me, finally got someone to help me and they could not find the product and just told me they had sold out

  Wouldn't help adjust a bike seat to see if my son fits on it, apparently they have bike specialist that adjusts seats. Terrible customer service

  Great staff but shopping for the larger person is always lacking ie thermals shorts jeans socks the list goes on also the new shop lay out is a brain dead idea. But what bugs me most is chinese made australian flags for Australia day not very Aussie at all

  Don't bother! My daughters bike that we bought in may was faulty as the brake handle fell off so we took it back to be replaced. After an hour of dealing with rude customer service, and ringing head office we got it replaced. The manager in the store wanted to have it repaired, and was extremely rude. If u don't have the ability or empathy to work in customer service then don't

  A new staff member who only looks 14 was a great help. His name was Dylan. Great staff member and very helpful
