    Booking time off work to get my hair done only to rock up to the salon with it all locked up and tried phoning, texting and facebooking to get in contact to find out what was happening with my appointment. After an hour and a half of waiting around I left as obviously the hair dresser wasn't coming. A month later the exact same thing happened to my mum. Extremely poor customer service. Do not recommend.

    I made an appt at the begining of the week .for today ...Friday arrive to my 10am appt .. shop not open waited for half hour no one showed up so I left I havent been contacted ..seriously slack business attitude unbelievable
