  Twice I've entered this store about a year apart and I should have learnt my lesson from the first bad experience. It's just absolutely terrible service there, the staff do not greet you as you enter, they are not approachable, they are not friendly in conversation, they don't even smile, when one finally acknowledges that you are there they all begin to talk to you at once. The energy in that place is awful, so much ego and negative separation of them (the staff) and us (the customer). If my request can not be filled that is completely okay I am fine with a no, I just prefer a no without so much attitude and rudeness. I won't be back ever again and I do not recommend anyone go there if you desire to be treated like a person and not just a money bag. If you (Honda) read these I highly recommend putting your staff through some personal development courses and leadership courses. Help your staff to reconnect with themselves and they will connect with your customers thus creating more positive business transactions. The only positive I can say is that the store display looks lovely.

  fast service got my new tire for the cheapest price. Definitely going there more often. Doing a rebuild on one of my bikes soon and they will be a huge help. Cheers Rockingham Powersports!
